Happy Monday! I love these types of weeks, the workdays are busy but not overwhelming so I can get out at a reasonable hour. Then I head home to cook dinner or head to the gym. Or to sit on the couch and catch up on Bachelor in Paradise. 😉 Recently, I tried a Strong by Zumba class… anyone else try one before? I take Zumba classes and really like them, but this class was different to say the least. Anything that involves burpees is not my cup of tea! 😉 I made it through but was SO sore the next day, I could barely sit down! I haven’t been on my A-game when it comes to consistently going to the gym since I got back from my honeymoon. Which was almost 4 months ago…. But now I am trying to get back into a routine. I decided it was new sneaker time!
New Sneaker Time
In order to help transition to my gym routine, I decided it was time for new sneakers. My current pair is worn in the soles and has NO cushioning. A lot of physical activity was causing my feet, especially my heels, to hurt! Which definitely made me avoid the gym at all costs. I did a ton of research to find a new pair of sneakers. There are so many options, but I decided on the ASICS Gel-Exalt 2 Running Shoe!
